Amex is really good for a lot of the things you say but the rewards aren't incredible. You're sacrificing pure rewards for everything else.
Sofi is new on the scene and offers 3% back for the first year. CS has been fine as much as I've used it. Dunno if this will be a good long term option but so far it's been good to me.
Chase is good but doesn't have an overall winning combination IMO. Their customer service is lousy.
Citi, Capital One, and most of the others all have shit tier customer service and backend software.
