I’ve seen it at JFK, EWR, LAX, and most recently at Chicago Midway. Idk how you’re missing it.

Some of those people are illegal cabs or in some cases Ubers, at least that’s the case around Newark/JFK. There were some regs briefly that said Ubers couldn’t operate around those airports so they’d post up out there. Some people are just from the era before phones and cell phone lots and are stuck in the cycle of doing it their way.

Idk, I think it's kinda cool we're the last city that does provincialism in sports. The diffuse and impossible to detect nature of community in the United States has created an equally diffused and wishy wash sports culture in every major American city except for here and sometimes that lends itself to dumb violent shit but you gotta take the good with the bad. It's fun to think that no matter our differences we all go hard for Philly sports.

This isn't violent, it's just annoying to the small Chiefs fanbase in Philly so to that end it's honestly kind of funny. Go birds.

You don't like kids trick or treating on Halloween because you're afraid you're going to accidentally run over and kill a child?

I hated both trunk or treats and mall trick or treating when I was a kid. Could not stand either. Being out in the neighborhood running door to door with every other kid in the town is like 60% of the fun of Halloween.

It's true 08 and 09 had a heavier air of violence than 17 and last night, probably due to changing city demographics tbh.

I don't live in Philly anymore but I made it a point to get down tn and hit up some bars to watch the game and celebrate on Broad. Well worth the time/money and how hungover I'll be tomorrow.
