At least 3.

You can't send equipment without training. There's no point in sending NATO equipment if they are used to Russian.
-
The more equipment Ukraine has, the more could technically be stolen by Russians. And you don't want that.

Own interests and there are quite a few. Like every country's own defense, money for replacement, caution to prevent escalation, secrets to not make military strategies too obvious.
>I'm not seeing any absurdity to comment on, sorry. What do you mean?
Oh please, you know exactly how you worded it and I already explained in the comment above.
>Didn't say anything about who's doing the killing - that's not really disputable...
Reread what you wrote. You sure there's zero blame in it? "Drip feeding"means neglected, for example. "At the cost of Ukraine life" so who is at fault if you bring it up? Subliminal message in my eyes.

What an absurd comment. The west gains nothing from maximizing Russian losses unless they wanted to invade, which isn't the case. The EU has also nothing to gain from a longer war as it's economically taxing. You also make it sound like the West is causing casualties, while Russia is the actual invader here.

What workout is better for chest than bench press? I'd like to learn. Butterfly machine? Dumbbell flyes, I guess?

That's actually some solid advice. The best about it, you can do all this at home without the need of a gym subscription. Also since you're using weights or your body, you don't isolate your muscles but also work out the surrounding muscles for stability. This vastly reduces risk of damaging your joints and reduces risk of a body unbalance.
Personally I'd add crunches and my favorite, the Superman, to strengthen back and abs. Sometimes I add dumbbells on the side and lift them half way of a jumping jack for the deltoids. Also imple shrugs works as well.

I don't know but for some people 28% of the total can be the difference between stupid and vegetable.

There is even a game show where someone has to sneak on it without making any sound. It's really hard.

So only a few months of COVID is included here. I doubt it did have a significant effect as the pandemic only got big past march.
