Reply to LPT: To get the most muscle/sculpting for your buck at the gym, focus on compound lifts—the exercises that recruit multiple muscle groups. You only really need overhead press, bench press, squat, deadlift, rows, dips, and maybe pull-ups. These will give you most workout for the energy you put forth. by [deleted]
It's been about two decades since I lifted in a gym. Made my own sand bag and will be doing home workouts. Thanks for this list! I can do some of these with the bag and set up a little station for dips, etc.
What's a good resource for stuff like this? Best bang for the buck home workout with little to no equipment.

You could also try https://www.inaturalist.org/ click on 'explore' then find American persimmon in species and type Harrisburg, PA for location. There is a map tab you can look to see where people have ID'd the species.

Not having your freedom IS a punishment. Not being able to drive to the grocery store for your favorite snack, see your family every night, have a beer with dinner, go to a baseball game, etc, etc, etc.
Seems like you're kind of missing the point here. If a prisoner can be treated as a human and it shows that it reduces the tendency for that person to do more crime, how is that not a positive?.

It says it has housed prisoners since 2020.

Reply to Oak veneer countertop discoloured where sanded by kimchifarts123
No one seems to have brought up your use of mineral oil.
Regardless of your problem, mineral oil is a 'wet oil'. It is used for cutting boards and the like because you never have to worry about working through a hardened finish. It does not fully dry or cure when exposed to air. It washes off over time and will need to be reapplied. You could possibly do a whole counter in this, but usually not.
A drying oil forms a hard protective surface when exposed to air. Drying oils can be used for furniture finishes, etc, where you would never use mineral oil. Think of it like a thin varnish.
Your countertop came with a protective finish. You sanded it off and then finished with something very different that won't dry in that section. I would not doubt this IS related to your problem, causing the color difference, but just in general, don't mix wet and dry oils for finishes.
