Reply to Found a B&B in Hollis NH for 13 dollars, reviews seem good. Is this legit? by NoOneLikesTunaHere
I live in the town next to Hollis. It's a beautiful, desirable town. I drive past this b&b often. It's definitely a pricing error.

I lived in Alaska. The power lines were buried. I did not live in a heavily populated area. There is so much ledge in Alaska! I never lost power the 4 years I lived there and we got a lot of snow.

I'm so sorry! We had a tree fall on our home during the Christmas storm. Not a fun experience

Reply to comment by SomeSortofDisaster in Why does this state seem to lose power so frequently? It’s always related to downed power lines from trees? Or is this a grid issue? by JayBisky
I used to live in Alaska. The power lines are all buried in Alaska. The ground has a ton of rock and frost. Somehow I never lost power while living there.

Amherst nh, a huge tree hit my house. I need a whole new roof. The main beam and rafters need to be replaced. My house is unsafe to be in. I never lost power! My parents in Bedford are still out of power.

I was actually going to the natural market, it's next to this house. Filho's Cucina has great food. Gibbet hill restaurant is always a favorite. My husband and I hike to the top of gibbet hill. Bancroft castle is at the top. Beautiful views and a nice spot to watch the sunset.
