Something more important they barely touch on:
>In some cases, the insertion of mtDNA contributes to the development of cancer. “Our nuclear genetic code is breaking and being repaired all the time,” said Chinnery. “Mitochondrial DNA appears to act almost like a band-aid, a sticking plaster to help the nuclear genetic code repair itself. And sometimes this works, but on rare occasions if might make things worse or even trigger the development of tumors.”

It also says that might be causing cancer...

Reply to An obscure family of viruses, already endemic in wild African primates and known to cause fatal Ebola-like symptoms in some monkeys, is “poised for spillover” to humans, according to a new research by giuliomagnifico
There's always a bunch of viruses that may spillover...
That's why we study them before they do.
The problem is idiots claimed because we were trying to study one before it crossed over, that it somehow caused it to cross over.
It's the modern equivalent of burning a woman for being a witch be ause she was able to tell a drought was coming.
People tend to ignore warnings and then blame the person who warned them

Nah.
Driving a toy car around a room is nowhere near the same as driving an actual car on a road.
What Modi just did has been done for decades already.
It doesn't mean anything

So?
People have done remote surgery from farther away than this...
There is literally nothing at all impressive about this.

Lol, the title and article make it sound like a real car...
But the picture shows it's an toy RC car being driven inside a building on wood floors.
But people are still going to brag about this.

That might be what they're trying to say, but the data isn't about that...
