As other nations can offer significantly cheaper labor the fact China has no real allies means people jump ship pretty fast and their middle class growth tends to be at odd with their authoritarian governing style. Then top it all off with having the largest population in the world right in the climate change red zone and China might have a rough ride ahead of them even if most ppl don't realize it yet.
