You forgot to add that he left a suite note explaining how he committed suicide and the note was officially stamped by the communist party division of suicide!

Detective Igor and his partner both committed suicide by stabbing themselves 3 times and shooting themselves in the back of the head. The new detective on the case confirmed that it was definitely a suicide without any type of signs indicating foul play!
