Lot's of people not only don't understand this, but don't believe it.
When temperatures increase, water dries up, when water dries up with intense heat, agriculture suffers. When there is no food or water, your only option is to import it, or move.
They already don't like immigration. So, by standard they gonna try to avoid it. But they'll be surprised just how hard people will fight for food and water.
