They have online gambling and the borgata is the only casino that does poker.

I think this photo was taken near the lighthouse facing south. That should be the Ocean casino in the background with the hard rock behind it.
Anyway. The town recently auctioned a ton of residential lots at that exact spot. Two or three blocks worth. Both sides of the street. Some of the lots were staring at around $15k when I had called in but the individual on the phone said they were rejiggering the starting prices.
Those lots (and that single house) are about as ocean front as you can get. Right behind the sand dune. Can’t come close to buying anything oceanfront at those prices anywhere in NJ.
Or…. Someone could’ve bought the footprint equivalent of an entire casino on auction day. These types of opportunities do not exist anywhere else in Nj
But. This is Atlantic City. City has been and remains in shambles even tho it’s got a ton of income and visitors and is surrounded by some very wealthy cities.

There’s another sad single house in that area but it’s a Tony Baloneys in all it’s glory. Weirdest thing I’ve ever seen.
