This is 1973. Stonewall riot was 1969. This is a march, not a riot.

Few points there:
- At this point in time, for the viewing public, that's less important. This was very controversial. Certainly for the LGBT persons, if these were actually their parents, it is very inspiring (albeit dangerous).
- These people were risking themselves and their safety by doing this. It isn't just a show.
- The man in the suit is Dick Ashworth, an American Lawyer that started PFLAG. We do know who some of the people in this image are.

I hope they have one. It is the perfect setup for a new porn scenario.
"Sir I'm here to inspect your gay card."
"Oh no! I seem to have lost it!"
"Hm, then how do we know you're actually gay?"
"Well..."
Or any scenario involving an application center or testing center...
Yup, let's get this permit show on the road! That porn ain't gonna make itself!

As a child, the ThunderCats of the 80's were the bomb. Rewatching it... it was awful. It was TV for ADD kids.
"We're going to to the place to do the thing!"
"Are we going to the place to do the thing?"
"Yes, we're going to the place to do the thing!"
"Where should we do the thing?"
"At the place!"
"We're at the place! Now do the Thing!"
Good grief it was hard to rewatch any of this as an adult.
The first episode and premise of the 2011 series was awesome. The animation felt very Avatar: Last Air Bender. The entire setup seemed like it could have been deeply entertaining and nuanced. And then it went to complete shit. They set the stage for some interesting story lines, then just proceeded to shit all over the place. The animation went downhill. The story was bland and uninteresting. Everything just went straight to garbage. I was so displeased.

Too expensive today, certainly, and probably not viable for the general population. But if this technique works, I could see using it to eliminate the flu virus from elderly or otherwise unwell patients in a hospital setting, in the far future. Provided they are well-heeled enough of course....
