Overall I really liked renting from them. They were more affordable than the other options at the time. I lived in the lofts upstairs at union biscuit and had no problems but the ground floor was where a lot of parties would happen and the leasing office never enforced loud music at 2am being shut off. Other thing to note is they prelease far in advance so if I had to reup my lease for the following year pretty quickly after moving in. Other than that, very cute well maintained apartments. Id just suggest talking to the office about what area of the apartments are quieter or more of a party depending on what you’re looking for.
