Anything with "baking powder" technically has cream of tartar in it. Baking powder is a 1:2 ratio of baking soda to cream of tartar.
Edit: this isn't always true apparently. Baking Powder is an acid and a base. One of the acids commonly used is Cream of Tartar but others are used too. My Great Value baking powder uses Monocalcium phosphate for the acid.
