Honestly, why isn't this already a thing? Maybe I was just young, but I remember that movie being pretty hilarious.

I'll take that to mean you've never played this game. Well worth a playthrough if you get a chance. One of the best Zelda games ever made, imo. Very cinematic and atmospheric. Unique story, unique characters, great gameplay. Holds up even 23 years later.
