Yes. The capsule separates right after MECO. If you watch the streams you can see that the booster lands first followed by the capsule a few minutes later under parachute.

The booster and capsule separate. Booster landing doesn't affect the crew capsule.

You realize that Elon doesn't run SpaceX unchecked right? Shotwell runs the day to day operations and would never let Elon just shut down Starlink. Not to mention the military is very interested in it as well.

Not even. I think only the Avionics and life support system will be reused.

Almost no one has gotten to orbit on their first launch. They even said the mission would be considered a success if they made it to Max Q
