This is only if you need a credible source but if you watch CNN you’ll see that they are less about investigative journalism and more about instilling left wing views and being anti-Republican at times when it is not warranted

This wouldn’t be acceptable even if it was in the least diverse part of the world.

Baraka is LAZY and DUMB. Newark has improved because we have all come together and made it better. Baraka can’t take credit, he’s getting free lunch all over town.
If you’re going to hate on Fox News you have to hate on CNN. They are both equally Extreme

I’ve worked with NJ Transit, they are State and not City but I know all of these Govt agencies never admit they are wrong.

The owner of Gateway Center, Onyx Equities, got Tax Breaks from the state and City.

Ok. But They are paying $100 per square foot in Tenant Improvement for All Other Tenants so it’s not like they are giving him much extra

They are not paying Up Front costs for Uncle Willies Wings. They just saved a spot for him. He’s a Black War Veteran. You are right there is good in it But for all the wrong reasons. They should integrate more with the Newark Community.

Just for the Publicity the Landlord gave a space to ONE Black Owned Business. And It is the worst space in the building all the way at the end.
There are no Local Newark Businesses from the Ironbound or Downtown Newark. These big Developers come to Newark acting like they own the place. Not cool

AirTran is super convenient from what I’ve heard. One stop from Newark Penn takes you to Airport Station and then you hop on the AirTrain. I believe it’s $8 for the AirTrain, they’ll add it to the price of your NJ Transit ticket

There are great pastry shops and bakeries throughout New Jersey (e.g. Calandra’s, Choc o Pain) and in NYC (e.g. veneiro’s, magnolias, etc). They should all get a fair chance to propose on such a location

They have them in Newark Penn Station for over 40 years and Grand Central for over 50

Bakery Chain Owned in part by Jerry Zaro. He’s a big time lobbyist closely connected with Phil Murphy in NJ and Kathy Hochul in Ny. Surprise surprise Zaro’s has had the most prime space in Newark Penn Station for 40 years. NJ Transit is so corrupt it’s unbelievable

Ok you are referring to the old Spain Restaurant Lot. I was referring to the Lot Across the street from there. It used to be an abandoned ugly pink building next door to TD bank

That lot is worth way more than just 70 parking spots. Building vertically makes more sense

‘Liberal’. I support Informative Media.
Billionaires control the Media:
MSNBC was Bill Gates and Jack Welch of GE coming together. Gates has msn.com. Bezos has Washington Post, Zuckerberg has Social Media, Elon Musk got Twitter, can’t forget about Rupert Murdoch and Bloomberg,Ted Turner’s got CNN, Dolan has a whole cable company
Reddit is not looking bad right now, irrespective of Alexis Ohanian being the billionaire owner
