Same here. I enjoyed it, but for me it wasn’t a masterpiece everyone else thinks it is.

For the MCU side of things, I think we were so spoilt with the Infinity Saga for the most part and the conclusion of that whole franchise, that nothing will ever come close. It was like lightening in a bottle.
What also hasn’t helped is the over saturation of mediocre MCU spinoff we’ve had. Loki being the only one that in my opinion was great and hopefully season 2 follows on with that quality.
I’m looking forward to Guardians 3, but past that for the MCU? Nothing much for me to look forward too.
There’s still a lot of good Superhero stuff out there though that gets me excited going forward outside of the MCU.
The Boys and Invincible on Amazon Prime Video are fantastic, and I’m looking forward to the next seasons of those (especially Invincible).
It’ll be interesting to see what James Gunn does with the DC universe, and despite the controversy, The Flash movie looks pretty good.

Grounded in the story. The expansion of the High Table lore, the rules that go with all of that including the power that they have and the danger that puts John in (the ending of JW2 shows that).
Plus we get to see John use a pencil 😂
It’s just my opinion though.
For me, best to worse JW2, JW1, JW4, JW3.

But to me JW2 feels more grounded and has the movie more balanced between the action and the story.

My opinion is that John Wick 2 is the best out of the four.
I enjoyed John Wick 4, but I left the theatre yesterday feeling a little underwhelmed with the end of the story.
The action set pieces in JW4 are amazing and set the standard for every action movie that comes out gong forward.
The story though in JW4 just didn’t hit, and the conclusion for John Wick and High Table felt kinda short changed. It final outcome didn’t bother me either….I just can’t put my finger on it exactly why I wasn’t sold on the ending.
Either way fantastic set of movies throughout that stepped it up each and every time.

Everyone has a taste in movies, and not everyone agrees.
I recently rewatched this a few months back, and I still think it’s a fantastic movie.

I love Happy Gilmore, but The Wedding Singer just tops it by a slither for me (mainly due to the soundtrack).
My first dance with my wife at our wedding what ‘Grow Old With You’ from The Wedding Singer (whilst dressed in an inflatable dino suit), so it also has a lot of sentimental value as well.
