Taxpayer dollars are funding this? National security purposes? Can someone help me make sense of this?
Edit. I have nothing against the mammoth. They are a wonderful part of our collective story. I just question the motives of people at the helm making decisions like this in the name of the nation’s security. Actions do speak louder than words though and what this says to me is very troubling.
