They are already out of Cubex. I ordered the New England pellets instead. They told me they had a run on pellets. Here’s hoping they have enough in stock year round.

I just had a ton of pellets delivered from Fireplace Showcase in Seekonk.
Let’s keep this thread going. When someone knows of a place where pellets are let us know. I was told by my delivery driver there are supply chain issues with pellets

The stair to the 2nd floor in our house is in the middle and divides the living room from the family room. The heat from the pellet stove rises up those stairs and flows into the bedrooms. It takes time for that to heat the upstairs but it gets the job done.

Get a pellet stove installed in your house if you can. I had one installed in my home 3 years ago and it’s the best home improvement I’ve ever made. I just bought a ton of pellets; 60 40lb bags. I use a bag a day, and my pellet stove heats my whole house. Total cost of the ton of pellets was $340, and that ton lasts approximately 2 months. It costs me less than $1000 to heat my house for the whole winter, and I own a 2 story colonial. The upstairs does stay a bit cooler than downstairs where the pellet stove is but we stay downstairs most of the time anyway. I’m typing this while sitting near my pellet stove and it’s cozy and warm here and the outside temp is in the upper 30’s.

The garage is not ready i think. You can park on south main or south water street, or park near Holy Ghost church and walk in

I drove by it 2 days ago on my way to work. Workers were pouring the sidewalk in front of Trader Joe’s. Looks like that side of the construction project is wrapping up.

What are people’s thoughts on Tortilla Flats? It’s been my go-to for Mexican for years. Dolores is better? Chime in, I’d like to know more.

Reply to Why is RI so difficult? by [deleted]
I think it’s because of where you are living - South County. It’s a beautiful area with plenty of beaches, but it’s largely suburban and rural which makes it harder to meet people. Folks there already have homes and they are content to stay home and tend to their properties and go out to dinner with friends once in a while. Places like Providence and Newport are much easier to make friends. You can try looking up events and things to do in those areas and see what you can find.

This. Their Sweet Italian Sausage is excellent too.

All political ads are terrible. I’m avoiding all local channels except for local news, and when the commercials come on TV, I head to the kitchen.
