These kind of schools are the fucking worst and fuck the state of Utah for enabling them.

I agree, I am an avid reader and even tried turning my hand to short stories once. But English or Communication Studies or whatever they want to call it bored the ever-living fuck out of me.

Typically you can write to the publisher and they will try to pass it on, I think. Also, I think a handwritten letter is more personable and would make a better impression than an email.
