Though I once said sorry to somebody and this triggered the guy, who then rushed at me screaming “oh you’re sorry, are you!?!” So I don’t even say that anymore.

Oh yeah I’ve had issues almost every time I’ve gone. Terrible service. I’ve decided to stop trying.

Used it to pick up a friend from the airport last week and my roundtrip was less than $10 from downtown DC and it didn’t take as long as I expected. Felt very easy!
