The issue is moe how long they left the station in disrepair. The stairs on either side of the tracks were “temporarily closed” for at least 8 years. Interesting that the whole thing was only deemed unsafe once the station wasn’t really needed anymore, due to the pandemic.

Does Pawtucket/CF have parking?

If it’s not my dog’s shit, you must acquit!

You probably don’t have to provide this. But they also don’t have to renew your lease when it’s up.

If you’re not familiar with the area, exit numbers that indicate miles give you a lot more information than just an ordinal.

If your lease is for up until a specified date, you are generally required to pay rent during that time. Your landlord has a duty to mitigate—try to rent to someone else and they will pay rent instead.

You can try calling Upton Bass in Mystic. If they can’t do it, they may be able to refer you.

You could also try North Benett St School, which has a violin luthier school in Boston.

I used the WJ station for about a year. The train doesn’t seem to run enough to make it worth it to go into Providence for work on a daily basis, and two hours on a train to get to Boston (plus whatever the drive time to get to the station) is a bit much for a Rhode Islander to do every day.
