In 2012 we passed the bill that allowed the brewery Renaissance that we are currently in. Previously breweries could not sell beer without food and also could not directly sell beer. Legend had to sell their beer to Brown distributing and then buy it back. That's how we went from 2 breweries to dozens.

Also, just adding as a fellow homeowner who bought a house with pipes that used to freeze, fix it before the next cod snap. Fill all the gaps under your house and wrap your pipes. It really doesn't take long and will make a huge difference.

Your main pipe is probably frozen in your basement. Crawl down there with a hairdryer and hit that thing until it opens up. Probably frozen near the edge of your house where the is an air gap in your foundation.

Just give it a good look and make sure it isn't bulging or something but it's likely a thick metal pipe and will be fine.

If you want to travel back in time go to Greenbrier Mall in Chesapeake. I stopped there to charge my car and it's like a weird pocket of Virginia stuck in 2001. The mall was loaded with people walking around, stores were all full, food court had several options, surreal. Even the area around it was full of 90s holdouts like Fazolis and Joe's Crab Shack.

I'm late to this but you should ignore most of the responses here. With a limited budget Richards is the best and only option. You can get a pitcher of beer (for cheap) and chill without getting immediately pressured into a private room.

Rouge is tiny AF and you can't really disappear into the crowd there, they also have expensive drinks.

Paper Moon will sell you a $12 bottle of Bud light and then immediately pressure you into a private room before you have a chance to get a feel for anything. They will upcharge the fuck out of you.

The lap dance area at Richards is only semi private and cheaper than anywhere else.

If it's your first time just come in with like $40 in singles, sit up front when you see a girl you like and toss money her way. Buy a pitcher of beer with your bud and drink it. If a girl you really like asks for a lap dance it used to be $20 a song (sometimes they do 2 songs for 1) and you should tip like another $5 or $10 on top.

To the points about VA vs other states. If you really want to see a wide open vagina in your face then go to WV or another full nudity place. It's not my thing personally. Also, in VA there are tassels but they are clear and you can't even really see them. It's silly and no reason not to go here.

Reply to Car Chargers? by Hurlaroid

I have several friends with electric cars in the city that get by only using public chargers. It's not a big deal unless you have some insane commute.
