Yes, it is legal for an employer to require a job applicant take a drug test even if they did not notify you that one was required ahead of time.

If I-84 is closed, SR-14 is only marginally better. That does not mean it's drivable for the average person. Do not drive.

Do not even attempt to drive it in the next two days without your car fully stocked with emergency supplies, including food, water, blankets, and battery backups. Do not drive unless you have comprehensive coverage on your vehicle.

Like seriously, the gorge - including SR-14 - may get another inch of tomorrow. Just don't drive.
