I'm suddenly glad I learned to make sure the door was locked before showering was my sister's toddler joining me. Between being directly under the water to wash my hair and the music I didn't hear her until she was in the shower with me demanding "Give me the shower"

Had a mini heart attack and kid almost went flying 'cross the room, but other than that it was fine. No mysterious entity trying to turn me into it's next snack.

I don't think they tossed him in to get infected, think he was locked up because he was infected. Brother appeared to lose control and get violent, father had bruises and he didn't want his sister to get too close.

Plus no idea if it would/could spread to the others meant isolation was the safest option for everyone involved.

Take the blanket, bundle it under you and U.B so you can inchworm/crawl away without risk of exposure.

It isn't easy but not incredibly difficult either, did it a lot as a child. And occasionally as an adult so I could turn on my heater without leaving the warm blankets.
