No matter how young Bowie is in pictures I can never seem to see one where his eye isn't dilated from the injury. It must have happened when he was really young.

Do they actually make excessive profits, and if so what's to stop other people from entering the market and undercutting them? My guess is that the default rate on payday loans is so high that they actually do have to charge such interest rates to cover the risk from an actuarial perspective.

Not clinically, no. But for research purposes a group could absolutely write a grant proposal to study development of the eye in early childhood.

An MRI can do an excellent job of mapping the shape of an eye in 3D, and computers are great at calculating how far away the focal point of the eye lens is from the optic nerve. Our eyeballs start out about 1.5 cm and grow slightly until they reach about 2.5 cm in our teenage years, with much of that growth coming in the first year of life.

Damn. Throw up some insulation in those walls and I know a few people who would rent that.

It's funny, because that "bad" moment added so much to his mystique and alien persona that it very well could have been a sort of tilting point that ended up making him a superstar.
