Article IV, Section 2 of the US Constitution states:
The Citizens of each State shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several States.

Fuck that. Stop gatekeeping. Everyone is welcome in New Jersey, its a great state and freedom of movement is something foundational to this country.
