If you are stopped by the police after smoking, you have probably done something really stupid. Once charged, they can test you for narcotics. If the test comes back for substance use, you could be charged. Federal law lists marijuana as a narcotic. As I stated for now.

It is possible. However, it is most likely not probable that anything would happen to you if you smoke in your own home. My question had to do with how you can smoke it and not possess it. It was an existential esoteric statement.

Explain to me how you can smoke weed and not possess it. If you touch it to use it, you possess it. If it enters into your system, you have illegally used a narcotic. Ownership happens when you touch it. Even if it is only your lips on a bong. The moment you inhale, you have taken possession. That is the way the law would look at it. ...at this time.

Reach out to any local RV or Mobile home sales locations and ask who they use to repair older units. They may have a specialist that they can recommend or have someone they lend out. In truth there is very little difference between mobile home insulation and a standard home insulation. It's the density and the protection that matter most. Good luck and I hope it all works out.

You've done nothing, you've got noting. No new ideas. Nothing to contribute and all your reactive language is full of vitriol and venom like the peaceful January 6th march to visit the Capitol um...oh, no THAT was an insurrection and a riot full of hate. What di you do more than vote? Have you gone out to your community and helped even one person other than yourself? Chill. Focus that energy on a positive change. Do something , anything for a better future. You'll feel better. Let your anger go. Breath.

Actions speak louder than words. You only have hate speech. You lack the ability to make any changes to the world in a positive way, so you just whine. If you want things to change, then change it without hate speech and violence. Until then you serve no purpose. You are part if the problem. All your responses have proven my point. Your anger is an energy that should be redirected toward a better world not a bitter life. Put up or shut up. How many people have you helped today? Yesterday? Last week, month, year? None? Why? What's stopping you. If you care so much get involved more than being upset and angry. It's a waste of energy.

100 years? Look at the history of Philly and you'll see that the Rs controlled the city for more than half of the 20th century. I guess you want to go back to "good ol'days" when Philly cops would randomly beat people, take payoffs, with no consequences? Whiners whine, doers do. You obviously don't know your history and most likely don't live in the city or possibly even the state or country for that matter. Run for office in the city, give solutions. If you don't have any solutions, sit down and shut up because you're part of the problem. Removing Krasner won't fix anything like defending police won't solve anything. Philly needs people to get involved at the grass roots level. From the home, to the city, to the state, for society. Are you up for that? Put up or shut up time.

Idiots aren't exclusive to either party. They both have proven that, however even smart needs help. I try not to waste time on blame. It's too tiring. Instead I look to find solutions. And tge shit you speak of has always been there. We're just seeing more of it by a new generation of knuckleheads. It was there in the 60's. It was there in the 70's and 80's ( remember the crack issue the feds helped create?) the 90's, etc. Locking everyone up might make you feel better, but it's not a solution, it's a temporary fix. The pandemic helped create the muck we have now, so we have to figure out the best solutions. The best isn't always the most popular. It won't work overnight. Larry had an idea, he tried it, but the pandemic created new, unforseen problems. If we don't try new ideas we stagnate. But sometimes they don't work. That's a fact of life. Pointing fingers is pointless. The trickle down ideas of the past forty plus years haven't been working for anyone making less than half a million a year. The middle ground is the only way out. Bridging the gap to get a handle on the problems. Otherwise it will get a handle on all of us and pull us down into the abyss.

LOL. So you have nothing but empty complaints. Think. Who has all the answers? Who has all the solutions? No one person. Teams of people solve problems. Contribute your ideas or have a seat. Ideas that can bring solutions are always welcome. Stupidity isn't exclusive to me since you've proven that, and the world we live in wasn't created by the Dems. Nor just the Republicans. Everyone shares some blame for it. It is what it is and it has to be dealt with. So what are you're ideas? Put up or shut up.
