Reply to Comcast left a note stating they plan to dig up my lawn upgrade a line. I don't even have Comcast and I don't want them digging. How can I stop this? by bcardarella

They reseed/replant your lawn after digging it up. I used to be a gas laborer for National Grid, installing natural gas pipes in the ground. Whenever we excavated someone's lawn, to install/replace a pipe, we were legally required to replace it back to the way it was before we dug it up. There might be a cable or something in the ground that needs to be replaced rather than installed.

The only time that Rush hour doesn't exist is between the hours of 10am-12pm now. Every damn day there's some accident.

Not to mention the weird drivers that feel the need to drive 40 mph in all three lanes for no reason, thus causing slow downs.
