Instead of the bars, maybe graph the national or urban average instead?

Reply to I want to get into the Hitman series and Assassin's Creed series. Where should I start? by Shockday28
I’ve only played Black Flag, and honestly it just feels like worse Shadow of Mordor. Still, it’s on every platform, even Switch and is pretty cheap (it was < 20 when I got it), and from what I can tell, the newer games have moved towards RPG mechanics over assassinations, so 4 is a good a start as any

Percent wise, Democrats won Colorado (14%) by more than Texas (5.5%) and Florida (3.3%) combined. Somebody either wanted to draw a map to make Republicans look popular or hasn’t paid attention to results (or more realistically watches a certain news source that hasn’t paid attention to) results in the past decade

Every “swing” state and 2 Republican states went to Biden, including Colorado by 14%, Minnesota by 7%, and Illinois by 17%. Looks like somebody wanted to make their party seem far more popular than it actually is.

If I had to guess the problems are 1] lower wages makes the ratio higher, 2] in Syria’s case, war destroys existing buildings and takes resources away from building more, and 3] people aren’t living in “houses” so only the wealthy would have them, while most people live in apartments or more traditional buildings that don’t count

It’s not uncommon to see US territories listed separately (most lists have the Virgin Islands and Guam separate as well)

That’s kind of ironic because Japan got to where it is off of cheap consumer electronics in the 60s and 70s

Market share, so presumably profits rather than users

At the company I'm working at, we have 112 apps that only work on IE. When MS announced it would discontinue IE, there was some panic and a bunch of people needed to start porting stuff over. But Edge has IE mode until 2030, so this is a 2029 problem now.

I'm the opposite. My work uses Edge, so I use Chrome for personal stuff. It's surprising how much different the two can feel if I just use them in different settings.

Umm, actually, the corporations keep saying there is a worker shortage and young people don’t want to work, so clearly they are not receiving lots of applications.
The other problem is that there are some companies that treat the requirements as a wishlist and not a minimum, and expect applicants below that to apply.

But it’s possible that the gentlemanly thing extended past the first 4 moves and people were intentionally making suboptimal moves. It’s also possibly something else, like maybe chess became less popular or maybe chess became so popular that less skilled players entered candidate tournaments.

I remember seeing a video that talked about how chess players were becoming more “gentlemanly” and so, as a sign or sportsmanship, would make an intentionally bad first move
