You're telling me. I moved from #2 to #1. I know Columbia is quickly changing for the better but I didn't think it was that fast.

I was walking towards A Litteri and I didn't hear the shots but saw all the cop cars driving to the scene. If I had to guess it probably has something to do with all the teens in the area after they get out of school.

This is heavily skewed by the fact that DC is a city and all the other states including NY, CA, and MA have areas that are a lot cheaper than DC, despite having cities that are more expensive than DC.
