What was he trying to get? I can't imagine that a dry cleaner does enough cash business to get much. Was he just trying to pick up some freshly starched shirts?

This or it was just the display and that model is discontinued and someone bought it for their future funeral at a super cheap rate. One of my older neighbors did this and has his in his shed. Kind of different, but it will save his family money come funeral time.

I was coming in to say that Poland *might* want to check out a book on the history of Europe leading up to WWII and rethink the whole "destroy Germany economically" thing. It usually doesn't turn out well for them.
