I was in Burke VT all weekend and there's not much snow up there either. You've basically got to go a few hours into Canada to find power. Unfortunately it's been a fairly dismal year for the entire east coast from a snow accumulation standpoint.

My new skis and I are still patiently waiting for first winter to start.

How so? Can you elaborate? I've only been once, don't know anything about the owner or surrounding politics.

Weird. I registered a bike early September and the Leominster branch wouldn't serve me without a reservation. Maybe it changed, Following this close now because I'm about to buy a car and will need to figure this out again soon. The rmv is one of my least favorite things about living here.

You can definitely make appointments to register a vehicle. I don't recommend walking in without an appointment, I tried that earlier this year and after standing in line for 2 hours I was turned away and told to make a registration appointment online.
Edit: be sure to use the MVU-26 form so you don't have to pay sales tax on the car.

They're multi use trails, although mountain bikers do most of the maintenance and upkeep. There are a lot of us who ride there, but we're friendly. All are welcome!
