RT is what really make Pixar movies looks way better than video games.
It really noticeable, and, IMO the latest hurdle to better looking games.
With that said, games that are using RT nowadays are using it for only PARTS of the visuals.
When games will be able to use it for all effects at the same time (reflections, all light rays on all surfaces, all shadows etc) then you WILL notice it.
