If it's circulating hot water, it could be anything from an air lock, to a bad circulator pump or circulation valve.
I would start with the earlier advice to bleed air from the valve. If that doesn't bear fruit, call a plumber.

Teeechnically, there are (soon to be) apartments in Darien across from the (Noroton Heights) train station.
Now, are they affordable to the lay person is the question...

I mean, your insurer will tell you the same thing. Damages caused by your stolen vehicle are covered by your liability insurance.
That $25k/$50k coverage minimum isn't looking so hot anymore, is it?

Your insurance company does, via your liability policy. If the damages caused exceed your policy limits, there's a real chance you can be sued for the amount in excess.

The correct answer is mind your business.
*That said, there was one time I've ever made exception, and that was in the weeks following 9/11. It wasn't uncommon for folks to just break down and cry on the subway, standing in front of one of the many missing person walls, walking on the street...
It was the only time I would ask if they were okay or needed anything. The answer was often one of two things; they either just needed a minute, or they needed a shoulder. Was happy to give either.

Reply to Family friendly, walkable town with good doctors? by moneynerd
Focus your search on Westport, nearer to the post road than further north if you want to be nearer to the downtown area which is somewhat walkable.
Following that, Southport/Fairfield, and towns east.
That said, this is CT, and you will probably need to do at least some driving.
