Have you talked to your neighbor with the surveyor’s findings?
Not trying to be facetious. It’s the best way without spending time in court.
If you have and no luck there, I really don’t know….
Maybe a complaint to city council?

The problem here is that yes, this will help with the administrative bloat that takes up a lot of budget costs. But it doesn’t solve the systemic issue of why that administrative bloat exists, which is unfortunately held at the state and federal level.

More walkable sidewalks/streets.
More bike lanes.
More bus routes, Better bus routes, More efficient bus routes, a GRTC app that is actually useful, overhead cover and benches at GRTC stops, etc

Despite a possibly vacated state senate seat during Session, I would much rather have Jen in Congress than Lamont.

We used never have our finances in order. And now we do. That’s nuts and bolts.
Yes, agree there are major issues with him.
But what I am saying is that this seat is better for him than the Governor seat he is clearly using his current position to aim for. I don’t think he would be successful at Governor because of all these issues, and he is divisive.
McEachin’s seat though is not a state wide and he can be Virginia’s AOC

Stoney is a vast improvement over the last few mayors. I think people dislike him because of his disingenuous nature and everyone knowing RVA is just a stepping stone for him.
Honestly, I think Congress is too “low” for him. He’s looking at the gubernatorial race.

Get a bicycle to get across town. I’ve found bike paths are far quicker than the slow ass bus.
PULSE (express GRTC) is great, but the regular bus lines are inexcusably slow.
