Any and all in office teeth whitening services are not advised as one needs to understand that a teeth whitening treatment is not a one and done procedure to do. You have to perform it regularly, multi times a week. TLDR it’s a waste of money if you just do in office treatments.

For teeth whitening to be effective you need to get yourself a tray and at home teeth whitening systems as it’s much more superior. It’s also essentially the same exact thing an office does. Most importantly is a repeatable treatment. As teeth whitening is a constant procedure that has to be done.

You don’t just brush your teeth by going into an office and paying someone to do it once every 3 months.

Anything done in the office needs to be redone again In About 2 weeks.

Thank you for self identifying yourself as a slumlord that is apart of the problem in Richmond.

No you can not threaten tenants and you will be charged with harassment or assault if you do.

No you can not “test our knowledge out” or we will sue you civilly or bring criminal charges.

No you can not illegally use any means just because you own a property and want a tenant out.

Please test us. I have legal teams standing by and already retained for tenants just for individuals such as yourself.

I wish more people would fully know the law and how evictions work in virginia.

A property management company does not and can not evict you. A judge does within a hearing where you are in attendance as a defendant and have legal rights just as anyone in a court room to make your case and provide your side of the situation. The property management company must provide legal grounds to evict you and the judge provides a verdict within that trial based on legal evidence only

Being apart of an association such as this is not grounds to legally evict someone. Nor is many, many items of what the population thinks will get you evicted. The 2 main areas that will have you evicted in the court of law:

  1. breach of lease contact, and even then the property management must show proof that a lease violation contract was provided, signed, returned, and evidence that the concern was given at least 30 days to resolve, then proof the issue was not resolved. That lease violation contract must be a legal document under VA state law guidelines
  2. Non payment under lease terms and contract. Which goes back to #1

Examples of what will NOT evict you in a court of law

  1. Being rude, direct, or demanding to the PM as long as you are not legally harassing or threatening
  2. Standing up for yourself or others
  3. talking bad about a property management company and/or name dropping them on the rva subreddit
  4. Requiring that PM company or person fulfill their legally binding contract with you
  5. calling out PM for poor service or giving bad reviews publicly
  6. using tenant assertion legal process on a PM company

Also I hope it’s known that magistrates are not judges. They almost all have a very close and many times blatantly 1 sided decision making process with regard to anything a police department wants or asks for. There is no decision making or due diligence on their end. They just sign off without reviewing a thing most of the time.

True as well, my home has a giant 22 foot by ~18 foot window in it which makes it “unique” for hvac operations. Solar heating and cooling. Some drafting although the window is double sealed (a new window interior to it as it’s original steel and iron framed window from 1913, with all the original glass).

Looks great though and fills the home with a lot of light.

You are correct. My home design however has a large (oversized for the home actually) system and the intake is in a small hallway near the front door (small amount of total air volume in that space).

When the system is on it pulls all the either heat or cold into that smaller hallway space which makes the thermostat on the wall miss read the rest of the house. Example. Temp gets push up or push down much more then the remaining of the house. This causes short cycling of the system as the air settles and the temp differential quickly changes. Kicking the system back on when it’s not needed for the rest of the home.

I use 4 remote temp sensors in my home and found huge savings switching home mode (just downstairs temp control) and sleep mode (just my upstairs) in both heating and cooling.

The way it averages out temps when multiple remote temp sensors are used keeps my home the most even temp as well.

I also found out the thermostat was installed way way too close to the intake for my HVAC system. Just using a remote temp sensors saved a ton of overwork it was doing and short cycling that saved tons of $$$

Invest in a smart thermostat that can report if your emergency heat is kicking on (like an ecobee). Used that report to have my HVAC serviced and part replaced to correct an issue with it when I had no idea it was kicking on for such long times.

My ecobee has saved me about 23%+ comparing alike-external temp times with last year on monthly reporting.

Also get it linked to beestat for best reporting.

General Tso is definitely not Chinese as you mentioned. The official origins have it as a Taiwanese dish first found in 1973. However that’s not the same general Tso we see in America.

TLDR. General Tso is American and what we see today is more than likely heavily influenced version by Mexican cooks in California around the early 90’s.

Yen Ching Midlothian turnpike location only is still the best general Tso I’ve had in the area.

Edit: To add for me what makes it the best is fresh chicken + they get the crispiest of crispy perfectly while not over cooking the chicken and remaining juicy. This is what I see almost everywhere, overcooked dried chicken. There is an actual crunch to it. Also the sauce is thick and plentiful to be added to the rice. I also see a lack of sauce in almost every other place I’ve tried.

Talked to a city worker that was working the other day. Large areas of Richmond city water pressure may be slightly affected as the pipes can partially freeze hindering overall flow. However if in an apartment complex/townhouse /or even a home the main water line to and in the building, along with any number of the other distribution lines off of that is usually the culprit and needs time to thaw completely.
