This is the answer. St. J Academy is an incredible high school with kids from around the world, and the downtown is vibrant. Housing is tight like everywhere, but not completely insane like many parts of the state.

You'll end up at the mid burke express, so your only way down to the lower mountain is high meadows pass.

Correct answer, although it's likely to have some icy patches. High meadows pass is the easiest trail on the lower mountain.

Same happened with my son. $65k sticker price for a private school, but a couple thousand less than UVM when the merit aid offer came in. The system is just bonkers.

Train NEK (trainnek.com) - lots of courses, although I don't know if they're scheduled yet for the spring. Courses are in Peacham.

Had the misfortune of driving on RT 2 through Montpelier yesterday, and the condition of the road, in our capital no less, was outrageous. I'm embarrassed on behalf of Vermont.

Definitely Fairbanks Museum! And don't miss the Bierstadt at the Athenaeum.
