Lake Cushman is pretty cheap, leased indian land, buy one with a cabin or an empty lot and put an RV trailer or mobile home on it, or build your own cabin. There are several small grocery stores. I store the KeePass file on Dropbox as well as back it up locally so it can sync with my computer and my phone whenever I make changes. At least with KeePass, if the cloud storage goes away, I have my own local copy.
