You don't need to get a perfect score to pass the driver's test. You also don't always know which questions you got wrong. And it's something you do when you're a teenager. Guarantee that plenty of people pass the test and don't know this rule.

I agree that people should know this if they're driving around. But I also saw people ignore it yesterday at lights in Northwood. Most of us came to a stop, and then others blew right through. Obviously some people need to hear it.

Because it's still illegal federally and NH would likely want to sell cannabis products at the state run liquor stores to control it. This isn't something they can do while it's still illegal.
