1500 works for us. I did look up row homes, the ones I found are cheap. I was shocked I saw most are old homes which is fine.

I saw places in Pittsburgh and Philly that were over 2k like geez almost like here.

What i mean by gatekeeping is how people won't provide info like what realtors they use and be like "hey I have used xyz agent or agency here's the info it might help you." I'm not trying to argue.

Oh geez 🙄 Google does work. We are paying 2k for rent. Other areas in AZ are 2500 to 4k. Hell, I saw 6k in a city thats expensive here. Rent goes up here about 600 to 800 dollars which is insane.
