You are correct. I think they're just sugarcoating it to make it sound like less. It will be about a 50% increase in the overall bill, which includes the delivery rate. Hawever, they keep saying it's a 50% increase in the supply rate, which just isn't true. It's a 100% increase in the supply rate.

I don't know about other parts of the state, but Killingly recently approved to have a dispensary open up in that town, and according to the post I read on FB, the business was planning on starting remodeling of the building this month, with hopes to open early December.

Where you located? Just head up to Mass if you want to hit a dispensary.
