What’s your budget? You can be close to New Hope but reasonable in pricing

Maui Jim. Their highest end range can handle a lot of abuse as they are very flexible. Maui Jim will also repair them when they break (not always guaranteed but my husband had a frame snap after 8 years and they fixed it). Maui Jim also has the best optics and eye protection

Reply to Looking for an Egyptian cotton goose down comforter (1000+ thread count & 1000+ fill power) by Ok_Marsupial6435
I’ve found Cuddledown to have very high quality down: really warm and also very lightweight so it feels like a cloud. I think I have 650 fill and it’s almost overkill in eastern PA, with the room temp set to 60 in the winter. I can’t imagine what 1000 fill would be like.

Agree and you can also buy just a cap/lid if you break or lose it

Reply to Which Briggs and Riley Suitcase? by worldroamer
Are you set on hard case? They can look like crap after a few trips. I have the Baseline medium spinner, has travelled around the world many times over, and still looks amazing. Made of ballistic nylon and extremely forgiving when packing a ton in there.
I’m assuming a checked bag size that is going to get abused. For carry on, you can get something more delicate if you prefer the look

I recently got blue light blocking contacts (Acuvue max) and I really like them. I do feel like I have less eye strain and easier time falling asleep compared to my old normal contacts

I haven’t personally used them but I bet Briggs and Riley are. All of their products are very well made and come with a lifetime warranty

Don’t get cheap vinyl. You will have to replace it in 6 months. I used Optimax from Floor and Decor and it has held up remarkably well. Lifetime warranty and no scratches despite many items being dragged across it

These are great boots but I wouldn’t consider them to be the dress style OP posted

Reply to All clad ranking and breakdown by blkmrsfrizzle
I have the classic stainless steel all clad, not copper and not d4. Have had it about 15 years and it has held up great. Received most of it as wedding gifts. I also have the Kirkland (Costco) stainless set which is 95% as nice for a small fraction of the price.
I use barkeepers friend to keep them clean. My most commonly used pieces are large pot, large sauté, large saucepan with lids. The small frying pan is a waste.
