I was stoked to get a pair, went to their nearest location, and stood in the store for 20 minutes trying to talk to a salesperson before giving up and leaving. Not sure if it was just that location, or just that day, but their operations were so poorly run it makes me question the rest of company enough to not want the boots anymore.

Unrelated, but Brooklyn cat cafe used to have this absolutely enormous cat. He was the size of a medium dog, and super friendly. Someone adopted him, which is probably good, because he must have been costing the cafe a fortune in cat food.
