Also, it’s good to remember that you can’t control other people’s thoughts, feelings, words, or actions. That goes both ways, they can’t control you either. People who try to control you, such saying things like you’re not allowed to talk to them anymore, do not understand healthy relationships, and therefore cannot form a heathy relationship with you.
