There are two Baltimore Classic Course memberships you can get - one for the city and one for the county. You get discounted rates at the local courses.
Out of the city courses, I’ve played Mt Pleasant and Pine Ridge. Pine Ridge is nice.
Out for the county courses I’ve played Diamond Ridge, Rocky Point, and Fox Hallow. First two are nice and prices aren’t bad at all. Fox Hallow is ok and close by
