Reply to What's your favorite "coffee table" book? by SAT0725
Sounds weird, but I have the whole collection of "Life in Hell" series books by Matt Groening. They are fairly funny and random. Might not be a "coffee table" type book series; but it's one of those quirky things a visitor might pick up and thumb through. If they have a decent sense of humor that is.

Reply to Do you feel unmotivated to read a book when you've already watched the movie? by Maxinprogress
Quite the opposite. Often I've already read the book before it becomes a movie; so I'm usually disappointed in the "cinema adaptation" Also if I hear it was based on a book I'll make sure to read first before watching; to get an idea of whether it's even worth watching or not. So basically unmotivated to watch the movie but motivated to read/already read.

I've read the comics, and they are quite fun and amusing. The movie really got the vibe down and it's a wild ride from start to finish!
