There are some consulting companies, rangam or Ragnam, is one I came across that actively seek out people with disabilities to help companies meet their inclusion goals or benefit from neurodiversity.

I just don’t think it helps at all. Getting a tattoo is a massive immune system reaction to foreign matter injected in your skin, it’s not sterile, there’s tons of bacteria on your skin before, during, and after that sticker gets slapped on there. I’ve had a lot of huge tattoos and Saran Wrap is good. Change it every 8 hours and clean the tattoo when you change it.
