Sure when it’s accurate for current predictions. But it’s not for Richmond.

There are an absolute ton of listings. SO many. But 75% out of the price range.

Only one listing in Charlottesville was above 1400 for 2 beds. Gonna go with my reality of what I’m experiencing because that’s what matters now. Unfortunately I can’t wait for the eventually flood of spring listings. But this is the real time situation

It’s not just made up Reddit talk, it’s real life “been looking for an apartment/house to rent for the past 2 months checking 5 times a day” The statistics are not real-time. What I’m experiencing every day of looking is my reality and the true reality of Richmond. There are way more options that are affordable in cville than in Richmond. (I work in cville) but have no interest in living there
