There are typically 4 common classifications for propertie; farm, residential, commercial and industrial.
The property is likely approved for mixed use (commercial and residential).
Your best option is to try to get the landlord to finish the shop and put in insulation for insulation and soundproofing. Outside of that you will probably and in all likelihood need to find a new place which is suitable and move out asap.
Your reason for breaking the lease (if you are in one) would be the landlords inability and/ or unwillingness to address the excessive noise during off hours (usually classified as between 8 am and 10 pm) assuming it is a valid complaint.
You will have to check with your local town regarding the exact noise ordinance.
You will also want to be sure to make your complaint to the landlord in writing and provide them with exact dates and times of the excessive noise experienced during off hours.
Not trying to be an ass but rather providing insight from a neutral position; anything else is on you for not conducting due diligence prior to signing the lease and/ or renewing the lease again despite having these issues.

They can, but most will only verify previous employment title, responsibilities and dates of employment. They limit responses in this way to avoid any potential liability which could result from providing any additional information beyond that.

Highly leveraged bets which destabilize the markets. You know, the stuff the really big firms do daily that when they are margin called, they get bailed out by tax payers via different methods. Most directly and glaring example would have been in 2008.

I think net metering is a delivery thing which Eversource or UI handle by default. The others are strictly supply.
If you own the system, depending on its tier rating, it could/ should be covered by the OEM. Lower end systems do not have long or reliable warranties however. Do you know if the installing company was bought out or did they just go out of business? If they were acquired then the new company would have to assume those liabilities unless said liabilities were discharged in bankruptcy court.

Super suspicious.... cold weather and fire, its like someone might have been using a heating device to keep the chickens warm or something.
I bet the roosters from that rival chicken gang did it on purpose because they were infringing on their turf.

What is the issue with your solar system?
Also did you sign up for a lease or did you buy it outright and have it installed. A lease could get in the way and be problematic.

Literally every grocery store. If you think Whole Foods is the only one that does, I have a bridge to sell you.
Granted some stores will be better than others. When it comes to produce, other than apples and pears preserved in "sleeping chamber" warehouses all produce will be coming from southern states (mostly Florida and Texas), California and/ or from overseas this time of year.

Taco bell "meat" is the lowest grade allowed for human consumption and only a fraction of the substance identified as meat comes from beef muscle. Their "meat" products have a shit ton of cellulose powder (horse hair and tree pulp) mixed in it and they admit that 12% of the volume is "spices." What is that BS? There is no need for that much spice.

Not sure what data you are pulling from but CT has the highest utility costs in the continental US. If you decide to say US as a whole then I believe w are second only behind Hawaii, maybe 3rd but absolutely not 4th.

So you are saying because that poster has now corrected their statement after I pointed out their error that somehow they are now in the right? and my response to their original response is now somehow wrong? LOL
You should work for Eversource or the government... if you dont already......hmmmm..... quickly looking at your post history you seem to be very active when it comes to any comments/ statements that are concerning Eversource and utilities....anyway
Regardless of the above, it still does not change the fact that Eversource is;
-an oligopoly,
-has multiple subsidiaries of which many do profit off of supply rate increases,
-continue to raise their own rates and profits grow in excess of the rate of inflation
-CT has the highest utility rates in the continental US.

Reply to Is there any way to find out what kind of subsidies/considerations Amazon received for the warehouses and half built Amazon Freshes that are sitting empty all over the state? by Happy_rich_mane
Pretty sure Amazon decided to pull the plug on many projects and instead has shut down many of their physical retail locations which were operating in addition to multiple warehouses they had which were online and running
